By accessing or ordering from the Heiben Bakery website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Austrian and EU consumer law.
All orders placed through this website are routed to your selected Heiben franchise (Vienna, Salzburg, Graz or Innsbruck). Each franchise is responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders placed for its location.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at checkout via card, SEPA transfer, or PayPal.
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 10 minutes of placement. Once baking has begun, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a partial refund at the franchise's discretion.
Delivery is available within each franchise city and nearby suburbs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand or weather conditions.
Heiben Bakery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed or incorrect orders, beyond the value of the order itself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
