Account Deletion Policy

1. Overview

You have the right to permanently delete your Heiben Bakery account and associated personal data at any time, in line with GDPR's 'right to erasure'.

2. How to Request Deletion

• Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, or
• Email hello@heibenbakery.at with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'
• Include the email address linked to your account for verification

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, addresses)
• Your saved wishlist and cart data
• Your login credentials

4. What We Retain

Order and invoice records are retained for 7 years as required under Austrian tax law, but are disassociated from your personal profile wherever possible.

5. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been fully deleted.

6. Reversal

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd like to use Heiben Bakery again afterward, you will need to create a new account.
